Gayle originally started working with Richard in 1989 when they worked at Mesirov, Gelman, Jaffe, Cramer & Jamieson. She left that firm in 1993 to work as a marketing director for a fledgling builder of homes for low to moderate income people in Philadelphia. In October 1998, Gayle again worked with Richard at the law firm of Agins Haaz & Seidel, LLP and has been his legal assistant ever since.
In her spare time, Gayle enjoys writing fiction and has published three contemporary novels.
